General Conditions of Sale 

The following general conditions of sale will apply to any order placed on the website at www.didoodam.com. These conditions can be changed any time. 

There will be a sales contract between Didoodam and yourself as soon as your order has been accepted, i.e. as soon as you receive a confirmation via e-mail. 

Orders

You order on this website and choose one of the payment method described further on. We send an e-mail as confirmation of your order, which will include the necessary information for that payment.

Right of Withdrawal - Returns and Exchanges

You will have a fourteen-day return period starting from the day after the delivery of your order. You will be able to return an unsuitable article to us without justification. The article must be new and in its original packaging.

You can ask either for a reimbursement of the sums received for that article, or an exchange for an equivalent amount of the sums paid or, if necessary, with the payment of an additional sum. This right of withdrawal can be exercised without penalty. However, the entire return costs will be at your expense.

In the event of a request for reimbursement, we will do our utmost to reimburse you within a maximum of thirty days. You will then be reimbursed by the re-credit system (secure transaction) in the event of a credit card or Paypal payment, or by credit transfer in all other cases.

On receipt of your payment, your order will be processed and you will receive confirmation by e-mail. If we have not received your payment within ten working days, your order will automatically be cancelled. If you so wish, you would be able to place another order on line.

Dispatch costs for our business customers

Dispatch is by tracked parcel at the special contract rate of 12.50 €.

Shipping is free for orders of 500 € and over.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually posted the same day if payment is received before 2.30 P.M. You will receive an e-mail informing you of the dispatch date. Please allow ten working days for delivery, although the majority of the orders arrive on the following day for Belgium and take four days for France.

Availability

The products presented on our website are in stock, and are immediately available. If an article were to be unavailable (concomitant orders, last article defective, etc), we would propose a similar article to you or a refund by e-mail or telephone.

Prices

The displayed prices are indicated in euros or pounds sterling, all inclusive of tax, except for your share of the shipping. Didoodam reserves the right to change the price of the products without notice. The products are invoiced on the basis of going rate at the time of the recording of the order. These conditions also apply to any possible promotions and discounts.

Customs Duties

Any order placed on the website and delivered outside the European Union could be subject to tax and customs duties according to the country of destination. Please enquire from the qualified institutions of your country.

Competent Courts 

In the event of litigation, only the Courts of Liege (Belgium) would have jurisdiction.
