Shipping costs
For our individual customers
The shipping costs are fixed on the basis of the destination of the shipment.
- For Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Monaco and Germany : 5,00 €
- For the rest of European Union : 9,00 €
We offer you free shipping for orders of 49 € and over.
The parcels are forwarded by BPost and travel at the purchasers’ risk. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoicing and delivery details that you record on the website. Any expenses resulting from an encoding error would be charged to you.
For our business customers
Dispatch is by tracked parcel at the special rate of 12.50 €.
We offer you free shipping for orders of 500 € and over.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually posted the same day if payment is received before 2.30 P.M. You will receive an e-mail informing you of the dispatch date. Please allow ten working days for delivery, although the majority of the orders arrive on the following day for Belgium and take four days for France.
